Mecca for designers and creatives. Rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Located in the heart of downtown, just a 5 min walk from the main square. Rooms and breakfast feel a bit dark at times, especially when you’re up early with jet lag. The roof top is simply wonderful

Love this hotel. Incredible setting - like a peaceful oasis in bustling city, complete with stunning rooftop pool. Amazing frontline staff - from the rooftop bartenders and servers to check-in staff to breakfast server (and chef/staff!) - they are kind, attentive and think of everything. The design is outstanding. Won’t get anything like this from a U.S. chain hotel.

Loved the rooftop bar at this iconic downtown hotel. Great view and service, enjoyed a bottle of wine and some appetizer snacks …. Definitely recommend checking out to escape the hectic streets below

This is a hidden gem in CDMX. Most of the luxury hotels in Mexico (Sofitel, St. Regis, RC) are nice but feel like they could be almost anywhere else in the world. This hotel, on the other hand, is built into a heritage building. With only a handful of rooms on one floor, you feel less like you're in a hotel and more like you're staying in a bit of history. The only downside is that the property shares its space with a hostel and some shops and restaurants, so sometimes it can feel not as private.

Downtown Mexico Hotel rooftop was the location for my destination wedding and it was an incredible experience!! The staff was kind, our wedding coordinator was attentive for all the planning leading up to it and our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they ever had (I could not agree more). We loved our stay and very grateful for the forever memories we got to create here!

This was one of our best hotel experiences to date. First, the hotel itself is truly remarkable. It really did feel as if we were living in a castle for the week. We arrived at the hotel quite tired as our previous hotel is Sayulita was extremely noisy. I asked to be put into a quieter side of the hotel and the staff upgraded our reservation and we ended up getting one of the largest rooms for the week. What makes this hotel even better is the staff. From the wonderful ladies who worked the breakfast each morning to the staff members who attended to guests on the terrace - you are all amazing and your energy was truly incredible. The hotel breakfast and food on the terrace are not to be missed. Get the flatbread! And honestly, the welcome margarita was the best I have ever had! Everyone tells you to stay in Roma or Condesa but we don't regret our choice to stay in Centro. It felt very authentic and you are only steps away from the centre of the historic district. If this hotel has availability, I would book it ASAP. To all the staff that we didn't get to say goodbye to - we miss you! You are all incredible.

located in the historic center, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was quite spacious, with a modern and elegant design that made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to stay with my pet, and the hotel was very accommodating and comfortable for him. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options that made our mornings even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and excellent service. I’ll definitely return
